Solutions Executive Role Description

We’re seeking a technically minded individual to help configure and integrate AI agent deployments for a range of clients. This role involves connecting various CRMs and marketing platforms to create powerful, seamless workflows. Your primary goal will be to remove technical barriers so that clients can focus on training, onboarding, and getting the most out of their new AI agents.

Working closely with our Customer Success Managers, you will methodically build and test integrations, ensuring every journey is flawless. Your efforts will deliver a high-trust launch experience with minimal friction, allowing clients to concentrate on their AI agent’s performance rather than technical hurdles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to execute technical configurations for clients

  • Integrate Strathclyde Worldwide Ltd with CRMs and other platforms using APIs, Zapier, and similar tools

  • Meet throughput KPIs to ensure timely onboarding and support for multiple customers

  • Continuously improve and streamline setup processes

  • Track and report on setup times to drive data-informed improvements

  • Identify and communicate product enhancement opportunities that simplify technical setups

  • Ensure performance data is accurately transferred between systems, enabling clear reporting

  • Suggest improvements that increase client value and enhance performance outcomes

  • Identify and report bugs or issues to the engineering team

  • Handle requests for setup adjustments for live customers, supporting both CSMs and customer service teams

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks

  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) is a plus
