Client Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help our clients get set up on their side before our integration experts begin their work. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll assist clients in configuring key technical setups such as domain management, CRM user configuration, email setup, and more, ensuring that their systems are ready for integration with our AI solutions.

This role will involve directly supporting clients by completing technical tasks, guiding them through the setup process, and taking tech setup calls to confirm their workflows. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ tech environments are properly configured, allowing the integration team to seamlessly move forward with the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with domain management tasks, including adding CNAME records

  • Set up email addresses with forwarding

  • Add users to CRMs and configure necessary user roles

  • Add custom fields to domains to match client needs

  • Configure webhooks from custom forms to ensure seamless data flow

  • Take tech setup calls with clients to confirm their flow maps and action items before the integration process starts

  • Work closely with the Solutions Executive and Customer Success Managers to ensure all pre-integration setup tasks are completed before solution configuration begins

  • Document setup processes and ensure that all steps are followed accurately and efficiently

  • Communicate with clients to clarify setup requirements and assist them in making the necessary changes

  • Provide detailed feedback on any technical challenges or issues encountered during setup

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with other teams

  • Comfortable handling technical calls and explaining complex concepts in a clear, friendly manner

  • A passion for the evolving world of AI and how it can support business growth

Technical Competencies:

  • Familiarity with DNS records, particularly CNAME

  • Experience with CRM platforms and user management (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Knowledge of email systems, including setting up forwarding

  • Experience with webhooks, APIs, and data integration

  • Ability to read and understand basic code (HTML, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus

  • Previous experience in a technical support or client-facing role is a plus
